Media Sac for Media and Development, in cooperation with the University of Arizona, launches the bridge (Al-Jisr) project on Monday, November 1, 2021, and it will last for nine months.

The bridge project targets the colleges and departments of journalism and media in 4 Yemeni universities: Taiz, Aden, Sheba Province and Hadramout.

70 male and female students and more than 8 faculty members from Yemen and University Arizona are participating in the online bridge (Al-Jisr) project.

The bridge project aims to build cultural understanding and ties between the two countries, exchange journalistic and media practices, innovation and teaching.

The implementation of this project comes within the projects implemented by Media Sac for Media and Development to build and develop the media and press side in Yemen.
